Returns and exchanges:

We are very careful on avoiding disappointments or misunderstanding, describing and portraying all items very accurately. 
So please, read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display. If you want any additional photos, please let us know.

♦ Damaged / Defective Items

All items are packaged with thick bubble wrap for extra safety and assurance. We want your beautiful items to get to you safe and in its original state.

In the rare event that the item you ordered is a damaged / defective item, please contact us, tell us about the product condition and attach a picture of any concerns within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to work something out with you.

♦ If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) and you will not be charged again for delivery.


♦ Our items are custom made upon order, please expect up to 6 business days for shipment, starting as soon as your payment has registered. 
In some rare occasions, if we need more time, we will contact you to give you an expected shipping time. In this case you are allowed to cancel your order if you prefer.

♦ Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Portuguese Post:
- Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
- European Union: usually 1 week.
- Rest of the World: usually 2 or 3 weeks.

Please understand that it's impossible to give a precise date. 
Holiday shipping may take a couple more days than stated above because of the holiday shipping back up. Please wait a few more days than expected and your items should arrive very quickly. 
The delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address, strikes or forces beyond our control.

Please send us a message if your item has not arrived within 4 weeks. 
While we cannot claim responsibility over the actions of the postal services, we will process a lost claim with CTT - Correios de Portugal and this process takes 30-45 days minimum. Once processed and approved, CTT - Correios de Portugal send a refund for the value of lost items (ONLY) which we will forward to you.
Within the investigation period, no refunds can be made, because the loss of the order will have to be confirmed and verified.

Keep in mind that International orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are outside of our control. We are not held responsible for these fees and duties.

Returns and exchanges

All pieces are 100% guaranteed for quality. If you have any problems, such as breakage, please send the item back to me via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. I will fix or replace your item and send it back to you free of charge. 

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased, please send me a message to coordinate a refund or exchange. 

Please don't hesitate to contact me if your item is damaged upon receipt or there are any other issues. I will do my best to right the situation so we are both happy.


I ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. 

I'm currently shipping from Thailand so package take about 2 weeks to arrive.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items from SaraCura come with free repairs and maintenance for the life of the piece. Just send it back and I will do repairs free of charge (buyer pays shipping cost to me and I'll pay shipping cost back to you).

Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-2 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 1-2 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
