Artist's Policies: SaraCura


I ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. 
I'm currently shipping from Thailand so packages take about 2 weeks to arrive.

Returns and exchanges:

All pieces are 100% guaranteed for quality. If you have any problems, such as breakage, please send the item back to me via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. I will fix or replace your item and send it back to you free of charge. 

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased, please get in touch to coordinate a refund or exchange. 

Please don't hesitate to contact me if your item is damaged upon receipt or there are any other issues. I will do my best to right the situation so we are both happy.

Additional policies:

All items from SaraCura come with free repairs and maintenance for the life of the piece. Just send it back and I will do repairs free of charge (buyer pays shipping cost to me and I'll pay shipping cost back to you).
