Shipping Information

When will my bottle arrive?
Shipping times to the United States is about 7-15 business days. International times vary from 7-15 business days and can take up to 25 business days depending on location.

Orders can sometimes take 3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.

Where's my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Please contact us and we'll solve that for you.

We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times. Please contact us if you need support.

My package is missing, what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example).

In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!
What should I do if the bottle I bought arrived broken?
We will replace any bottles that arrive broken in the packaging. Just send us an email within 3 days of delivery with your receipt and a picture of the broken item with the original package it arrived in and we'll be happy to send you a new one! 

Returns Information

Returns - Our Guarantee

Our return policy lasts 90 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 90 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

Our bottles are made with superior grade glass and packaged to withstand shipping internationally. If a bottle arrives broken - please inform us within the first three days of delivery and we will replace it for you for free.

Accidental breakages are covered by our paid 5 year warranty if purchased.
We're confident our premium Crystal Water Bottles will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please fill out our returns form here and our team will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.

Please note that Mizu Aura is not responsible for paying return shipping costs in a returns process. Our original shipping costs are non-refundable to prevent abuse of our policies. 

Refund Policy
We will provide a full refund for a return, to process we need your online order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you over email with a confirmation of your refund. Please send your returns with tracking information so we can confirm delivery.

Upon issuing a refund it can take up to a standard 15 business days for the banks to credit you the funds back into the account of your original payment method.
