Hello and thank you for choosing Indigo Skye crochet. This is a 1 women show where I make each and every piece myself. I absolutely love crocheting and I love recreating designs from the 60s and 70s from original patterns from that time. 

General postage times are as follows:

Australia up to 7 days
USA Canada and UK up to 20 working days
Europe up to 20 days
Asia 14 + days

International customers may incur custom fees or import taxes please note these are your responsibility. Australian post does not provide international tracking. All orders will be sent untracked.

Returns and Exchanges: 

Please choose carefully as refunds will not be given on change of mind. If your item is faulty you can send the item back in its original condition. Please keep proof of delivery and your item needs to be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a refund we do not refund the postage costs.
