Returns and exchanges:
Because my packaging doesn't allow for tamper-proof sealing, I cannot accept returns. However, if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we may discuss an acceptable substitute. Your satisfaction is my happiness!
Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Please allow three business days for processing time. During the holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing time. Typical shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Lost orders will be refunded or reshipped at the buyer's request. Undeliverable (return to sender) orders will be cancelled and refunded less the cost of shipping.

Because these products contain no synthetic preservatives, they are meant for regular use, and are best enjoyed within four to five months of purchase.
