Processing time

The preparation time is 1-5 days depending on amount and type of items ordered. I'm sending parcels every day (Mon-Fri). All of our pieces are handcrafted in my home studio.

Estimated shipping times

Items are shipped non-courier and take 10-21 business days to deliver to overseas locations.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
